Dunedin City Council’s unique and sustainable $34 million Wall Street project came about after a Residents Opinion Survey indicated that ratepayers wanted the DCC to reduce reliance on rates increases by increasing external sources of income.
The Wall Street complex will use as many environmentally friendly features as possible including Protect Crete Densi-Proof.
Nick Richardson National Sales Manager from Gilt Edge Industries says “The project will complete May 2009 and the first stage of the 18,000m2 is successfully finished. What is important to the contractor and DCC about the product is it is environmentally neutral, safe and user friendly.
