Densi Proof is a one coat spray on system that deeply penetrates (up to 200 mm and beyond) into the matrix of the concrete providing permanent waterproofing and protection. Densi Proof can be applied to new or old concrete to cure, purge oil etc and to seal the concrete from any contamination. Densi Proof withstands a minimum of 35 m of Hydrostatic Pressure and can be effectively applied on the positive or negative side of concrete structures.

Densi Proof will even travel into concrete against water flow (hydrostatic pressure leakage) to permanently stop water / free moisture leakage. There is minimum site disruption, allowing other trades to be able to work in the area within 1 hour of installation without compromise to the product. Densi Proof is user friendly, environmentally safe and is a one time permanent application.

It is important to point out that Densi Proof provides a permanent unique passive, non destructive colloidal silicate gel barrier. It should not be confused with temporary, soluble, weakly-linked, large pore, thixotropic gels, that are formed using sodium silicates through free lime reactions, which have proven detrimental to long-range concrete integrity. Densi Proof's technology is unique, it is NOT a sodium, potassium or lithium silicate and has stood the test of time for over 25 years.

Densi Proof does not adversely affect concrete's visual appearance, physical characteristics, surface traction quality, or surface bond quality, meaning Densi Proof can effectively be used to enhance any Portland cement concrete installation, whether traffic-bearing or not. Densi Proof is ideal for use on all street or highway pavements, i.e., bridge decks, parking decks, airport pavements, dams, footpaths, driveways, pavers, etc., to preserve and extend performance criteria, as well as useful life span of concrete.

Moisture Fix 2 is designed specifically for Battened (mechanical fix) Overlay, Loose Laid, or Floating Timber Floors where there is no direct stick adhesive required. Moisture Fix 2 deeply penetrates and forms a non-destructive colloidal gel which provides a permanent concrete moisture barrier that withstands hydrostatic pressure. Moisture Fix 2 also has an amount of special polymer blend to enable eradication of the problems encountered with vapour condensation in the cavity between the concrete substrate and the underside of the timber. You can't apply too much of this product as all it does is leave an additional coating on top of the concrete that doesn't need to be removed as the battens are mechanically fixed and not glued.

Moisture Fix 2 is highly cost effective, has extremely long shelf life and allows early access with minimum disruption. It is user friendly, non-toxic, non-flammable, zero VOC, environmentally safe and odourless. Available in 10 & 20 litre re-sealable pails.
