Concrete Waterproofing: Densi-Proof
Permanent Concrete Waterproofing, Moisture Barrier, Densifier, Cure/Seal. For the Protection of New or Old Concrete!

Densi-Proof is a user-friendly, environmentally safe, clear-drying, non-flammable, liquid penetrate concrete protection solution that is non-toxic (zero voc). It provides exceptional concrete waterproofing and can be applied to new or old concrete to cure, waterproof, densify, purge oil etc and to seal the concrete from any contamination.
The Densi-Proof concrete protection substance in liquid form has practically nil solids and is a one coat spray on system that deeply penetrates (up to 200 mm and beyond) into the matrix of the concrete providing permanent significant concrete waterproofing and protection. Densi-Proof withstands a minimum of 35mtr of hydro-static pressure and can be effectively applied on the positive or negative side of concrete structures.
Densi-Proof will even travel into concrete against water flow (hydro-static pressure leakage) to permanently stop water / free moisture leakage. There is minimum site disruption, allowing other trades to be able to work in the area within 1 hour of installation without compromise to the product.
It is important to point out that Densi-Proof provides a permanent unique passive, non destructive colloidal silicate gel barrier. It should not be confused with temporary, soluble, weakly-linked, large pore, thixotropic gels, that are formed using sodium silicates through free lime reactions, which have proven detrimental to long-range concrete integrity. Densi-Proof's technology is unique, it is NOT a sodium, potassium or lithium silicate and has stood the test of time for over 25 years.
Recent Projects:

Bovis Lend Lease specified Densi-Proof + Anti Microbial as a cure / waterproofing at time of pour to all ground slabs at the Gold Coast University Hospital.

Bovis Lend Lease specified Densi-Proof for all ground & level slabs, Densi-Proof + Surface Repeller for the car parks and Densi-Proof + Surface Sheen for the plant rooms at the Brisbane Supreme Court.

Concrete Waterproofing the right way - The Advantages of Densi-Proof
- Permanent waterproofing of concrete, even against internal migration
- Purges out years of contamination and odours from old concrete slabs
- Industries best cure & seal for newly placed concrete
- An effective and immediate halt to contaminant ingress from any direction
- Significantly and immediately increases concrete's density
- Increases and reinforces concrete's compression and flexural strengths
- Immediately significantly diminishes permeability of concrete
- Greatly lowers and eliminates water or gas vapour emissions
- Virtually eliminates vapours such as radon etc.
- Internally produces an effective permanent colloidal silicate barrier
- Effectively halts & prevents alkali-silicate reactions in new or old concrete
- Eliminates dusting potential for new or old concrete
- Provides significant additional surface abrasion resistance
- Provides increased surface bond quality without detriment to traction quality
Densi-Proof's concrete protection agent does not adversely affect concrete's visual appearance, physical characteristics, surface traction quality, or surface bond quality, meaning Densi-Proof can effectively be used to enhance any Portland cement concrete installation, whether traffic-bearing or not. Densi-Proof is ideal for use on all street or highway pavements, i.e., bridge decks, parking decks, airport pavements, dams, footpaths, driveways, pavers, etc., to preserve and extend performance criteria, as well as useful life span of concrete.

Note:
CRACKS are always a problem for the installer. So often the client is asking for the installer to take risks and responsibility for repairing cracks that should be referred to the engineer or builder for a recommended crack repair procedure that takes away the responsibility of possible failure from the installer. This is especially the case in regards to structural cracking where the void is full depth of the concrete. In this case, Densi-Proof should be applied first before applying your normal crack repair system. In most cases, cracks are not full depth and are only micro or surface cracking, commonly caused by rapid surface drying or plastic shrinkage which would be not effect the efficiency or the result of Densi-Proof. It is worth noting that Densi-Proof is not designed or makes claim to fix cracks, however there are many applications where moisture has migrated through cracks of 1mm (even with hydrostatic pressure present) that have been eliminated permanently.
